Went for brunch. Had the GF French toast which was beyond amazing. Highly recommend if you're in Banff!

Ate here three times while in Banff, the dinner & brunch are both amazing. They have a separate GF fryer for the breakfast potatoes

tl;dr: I didn’t get sick but I didn’t love this place. There were many items marked gluten-free on the brunch menu, but most of them were actually cross-contaminated and needed substitutions to be truly GF. I don’t love places that don’t label GF correctly on their menus, and I was grumpy that I had to swap potatoes for fruit, haha, so it’s hard for me to give this spot a glowing review.

Gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. Had a great brunch here :)

Absolutely LOVED this place!! Best gluten free brunch I’ve ever had!! The avocado toast and French toast were to die for!! There were so many gluten free options, all clearly marked on the menu. I didn’t get sick at all. Such a cute place with a great atmosphere too.

My husband really loved this place but I was underwhelmed by what I got. I ordered the little piggy bowl and what I got was the crispy potatoes and the shredded pork. Not sure what happened to the fennel or apple slaw. They seemed somewhat knowledgeable about allergies but I guess I just ordered the wrong thing. It was ok.

We had a wonderful dining experience for dinner with our family of 4. We are gluten free and there were lots of options. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts and the pork belly. Loved the family style dishes. Our server was great and very knowledgeable with all our food allergies. We had the vegan chocolate mousse for dessert and we loved it! The only change I would make was the music playing. It was more clubbing/electronic music which didn’t fit the atmosphere at all and was a little loud. Otherwise, the place was fantastic!

Had brunch here; many GF options on the menu. I had the Holy Cow and it was the most delicious brunch meal I’ve had in a very very long time.

Went at the end of brunch on a weekday so maybe things were a little off. Wanted to order the Holy Cow and was informed that the potatoes are at a high risk of cross-contact and are fried along with gluten items in the same fryer. They subbed in a bed of spinach and added fruit on the side at no extra cost but it just didn't feel like an actual meal. I also ordered the kid's size Bread Pudding French Toast, which is completely GF. I didn't get a reaction from eating here and the serving staff are very kind and helpful but the GF options are incredibly limited and the taste was just okay.

Delicious breakfast/brunch. The GF banana bread French toast was AAMAZING!! So delicious. We also ordered a combo which included eggs, tater tots with chicken sausage. They have a separate GF fryer and GF bread which they toast completely separately to avoid cross contamination.
Appreciate the manager checking on every gluten free order.

First time eating at a non dedicated GF restaurant in a very long time and was nervous but the staff was so knowledgeable about cross contamination and answered every question I had. They have separate fryers (get the duck fat potatoes! So good!) and toasters for the gluten free bread.

I had the Canadian eggs benny that was confirmed to be gluten free possible. My meal was fantastic and I was assured that the kitchen would ensure there was no cross contamination and I can confirm as I felt great afterwards. There are many other gluten free options on the menu and we will certainly be back when we visit again.

Lots of items on the menu are already gluten free, and they seem to do an excellent job to minimize cross-contamination! Great for both breakfast and dinner. I've ate here a few times and have felt fine after.
