We are scratch bakers and have an extensive special order menu for our gluten-free customers.

On safety—We have a menu of gluten-free products and will do our best with special orders. However, we are not a gluten-free bakery and cross contamination is a possibility. Flour is in the air.

Had a great gluten free muffin! Super friendly and great service! I’m non-celiac and there are only a few options but for Waynesville that’s about as good as it gets! Great ambiance and you can eat in or carry out!
