We ate at the food truck at Nee Terrain Brewery. The food truck was slammed with customers all evening. You order online and then they text when your food is ready.

We ordered one meal on a gf bun and the other without bun. The one without bun came with a regular bun but the person to hand it out realized before giving it to us. They took it back and prepared a new plate for me.

The food was delicious! One of us got pulled pork on a gluten free bun with fries and the other a chicken, bacon ranch without bun and with fries.
