We were very disappointed with our experience here. We got a nervous feeling from the waiter’s knowledge (“we take all the precautions”, but couldn’t provide specifics.) and had to push to talk to the Chef. The Chef confused gluten with carbohydrates and thought polenta had gluten. More concerning, he told us the fries were not safe, even though it was listed on the gluten free menu.
