While there is a lot of concern about cross contamination here, I have consistently been fine after eating here, despite being completely gluten free. Just let the food prep team know you’re gluten free and they will make sure you don’t get any butter and bread and they will leave your baked potato uncut. I always eat my salad without dressing. Good steak for a good price.

They have a separate meat grill and bread grill. I Have had steak and ribs both Nima tested. Tell them your are allergic to bread (they don't understand the term gluten), but are very careful when handling and plating once they understand allergy. Best part is you can watch as it is grilled and plated in front of you.
