Great experience. There is some gluten on the line in the toppings area, but all of the bases and proteins are gluten free. They also have a great soda fountain!
LOVE this place! My favorite restaurant in North Carolina. All bowls are gluten free and made to your liking. I could eat every lunch and dinner here. I wish this was a chain so people in other areas of the country( including central Massachusetts where we live) could enjoy this restaurant. The only non gf thing is bread. I am the wife of a celiac. Always on the hunt for good food

Wonderful and tasty salad. The salad menu is advertised as all gluten free. Can build your own bowl/ salad. Avoided rice.

Tasty, healthy food. Became the go-to lunch spot while traveling for work in the area. I think everything on their main menu is GF. They do have no-gf cookies and beer available.

So easy to order and so delicious. I got the goat but subbed romaine lettuce instead of arugula. It was delicious and such a filling salad. Everything was so fresh. Will definitely go back here.
Excellent options, pretty much everything is gluten free just as it is. Very little chance of any cross contamination. Excellent variety, extremely fresh food.
Most of the dishes are gluten free. Or you can build your own! Tasty dishes which are well prepared.
The entire grain/salad bar is gluten free. Kids menu has some gluten options plus at the cashier there’s sliced bread for this who want it (gluten eaters). Food is delicious and healthy.
