I went at night and the staff said the only meat they were preparing was chicken. I asked multiple times to ensure the chicken was gluten free and was not breaded or anything and even asked about sauces and stuff on it. I ordered a bowl with chicken which should have been gluten free. After a long wait and paying the food came out and the chicken was breaded. I asked them if they could change this and they refused and told me it was all they had. It wasn’t until I requested a refund that they were able to make a new bowl with regular chicken. This whole process took about 45 minutes

— Poor

The staff didn't know about Celiac disease, so I told them I had a gluten allergy. They did try to do a gluten free burrito but twice contaminated the tortilla (once by not changing gloves and the other by putting it on the same spot on the grill).

Ended up getting a burrito bowl as I couldn't be sure to trust the cross contamination points. Kind of disappointed.

Absolutely the WORST dining out experience I’ve had since being gluten free. I’ve never experienced somebody care less about an allergy or medical condition. Do not eat here if you have celiac, gluten allergy, or gluten intolerance. I’ve never been more sick in my entire life.
