Owner has Celiac daughter. Lots of GREAT gluten free options for breakfast lunch and dinner. From the moment you step in you will love the people who work here, the vibe and tne food selection. Made a special trip from Syracuse Univ. Will make this a regular excursion as often as we can. If you are looking for healthy low carb this is your place. If you are looking for creative, home made comfort food - you are in the right spot!

Have had two very good GF meals here before, but my most recent visit was not good. I was served a regular bun when I asked for GF, I checked again to make sure when they brought it to the table and they reassured me it was GF. After a couples bites I could immediately tell it had gluten. Service was also bad, ordered a Caesar salad and got chicken on it when we didn’t ask for it. Aside from the bun my sandwich had tomato when I asked for no tomato, my girlfriend was served a full order of shrimp skewers instead of the half we ordered. Then waited 10+ minutes for a box, eventually just walked in and got it ourselves.

This has been the most amazing experience. Absolutely love it here. Gluten free fryer. Everyone was knowledgeable about gluten free. Daughter of the owner is gluten free. So caring and wonderful! Devon was an absolute joy as our server! A must for anyone gluten free or not!

Fantastic variety of GF options. I had a great time visiting with the owner. She is gluten sensitive so very aware of what needs to be done to prevent cross contamination. I had the pork chop sandwich. It was excellent. The bun was great. Didn’t taste like it was GF, but I didn’t get sick. Can’t wait to go back.

Love this restaurant! So many gluten free options and they are celiac safe! They have a dedicated gluten free area of the kitchen and a dedicated gluten free fryer. Everything here is delicious!!

Been twice, once for take out, once in house. Food was ok. Most items can be made gf, including pancakes. Dedicated fryer. Owner "gets" gf and has allergen safety protocols in place. Service is rushed. Better know what you want fast when the waitress gets to your table, no time for questions.
ETA, after a third meal, probably won't go back. Service just plain out sucks and the food isn't great.
