(Celiac disease here) This establishment asked us lots of questions about what celiac is- we stood and waited and talked to the people prepping the burger with gluten free bun. We explained the food prep/glove change. And Prep space. The workers did not seem very knowledgeable about GF food and prep. We waited quite a while, but the burger with gf bun was AMAZING and we did not get sick. We’ve been to several FatBurgers and haven’t gotten sick yet!!
