They didn't take extra precautions to avoid cross, contamination, there was no separate prep space, they prepped on the same counters as everything else but they used a pan with holes for the gluten free crust and stuck it in the same oven as the gluten pizzas and I'm pretty sure they used the same pizza cutter. I have celiac and had my dreaded cross contamination reactions of extreme bloating and gas pains.
