Server was knowledgeable and directed me to the pre-packaged cups and pints in the small freezer by the counter. My two kids with celiac chose chocolate and Mexican vanilla and they were both delicious.

He explained that any of the push pops and pints/cups come directly out of sanitized and clean ice cream mixers and have zero gluten contact.
