Waitress knew very little but was nice and asked questions of the kitchen. I ordered burnt ends as they go on the grill and there’s nothing with gluten that goes on the grill. The flat top does has gluten containing items.
A little pricey for the amount of food, but it was good and while I was very nervous, I didn’t have a reaction. Burnt ends were tasty, and my family liked their food too. Kids loved the pancakes.
Small, cozy, hometown type of place with great menu that has BBQ and all day breakfast items.

Large quantity of food for the price! Good flavors. We where told none of the seasonings contained gluten. The cornmeal in the fried catfish does have flower as usual but there are lots of BBQ meat options.
No
I would not recommend if you are celiac. The risk of cross contamination with the small cooking space and lack of knowledge of the employees.
No
All of the meat here except for the sausage (unsure) is gluten free, as is every sauce! The baked potatoes are GF, with any of the available toppings. They also have options that can be made vegan with very little substitutions, that they are happy to comply with, and delightful salads. The service is phenomenal, the atmosphere country homestyle, and the restaurant very clean. Everything is tasty, but the burnt ends are out of this world!
