When I went a while back I asked the bartender about gluten free options and she said they actually have none and there was nothing I could eat.

I am gluten sensitive. They have an elaborate gf menu and almost anything can be made GF. They also have lots of soy free options and Tamari for those with a soy allergy. It's delicious and it doesn't make me sick.

The waitress asked if was celiac and when i responded yes, picked out five menu times that were gluten free and no risk of cross contamination. The chicken fried rice was amazing!!

Changed chefs, and they changed the kitchen so that they can no longer prepare food properly for gluten-free, don't eat here if you are celiac or intolerant, it isn't worth the risk. Go to peter changs!
They have many “gluten friendly options”, but nothing fully gluten free. The waiter tried his best to be accommodating, but said he could only offer me plain rice and sautéed vegetables (which he himself claimed “wouldn’t be good, but would probably be safe”). I sat with my work group and left without eating. Really disappointing visit.

No longer gf friendly, told by staff they have cross contamination
Just called to ask options and she said there is a good chance of cross contamination and they share a wok with other food
AMAZING! Had no issues whatsoever and I’m highly sensitive. Our server was super knowledgeable and reassuring. In addition to the wheat, I also have an anaphylactic allergy to peanuts. They literally have one item that contains peanuts and it’s on the lunch menu - they will also take precautions in the kitchen such as using a new wok. This is the first time I’ve safely and confidently been able to eat Chinese food in years. Sad I’m from out of state and can’t frequent Fat Dragon more often!

This is the only place where I can get delicious gluten-free Chinese food!
Had a horrible experience - stated to waitress I was gluten-free due to an allergy. Was assured the orange chicken was safe. Came to the table served on a plate with egg roll - not gluten-free. The chicken was breaded & fried & when I asked again was this gluten-free, the waitress said 'oh yeah'. I was not at all confident so declined to eat any of it. When she asked why, I told her. She just shrugged. I could see her talking to the manager, yet no one offered any apologies or anything. They are SO not gluten friendly.

They denote GFree on the menu but a lot of these items contain soy sauce, not tamari. Stress you are celiac. Ask for Ben, he will help you get food you can eat.
Gotten glutened here several times. Seems to be a hit or miss place, unfortunately. I've given up going.

I cannot give even one star. My husband and I ate here 2 days ago and I am still sick. I told the waitress I was gluten free and chose 2 items that were supposed to be gluten free. I woke up that night with digestive upset and have had a raging migraine headache and upset tummy since then. My husband went back to the restaurant today to find out what happened, they put soy sauce in my food!!! I would not recommend this place. I do not feel they seriously understand what gluten free means. Do not eat here if you are celiac/gluten free

Just like the other reviewer, I literally opened an account just to rave about this new gem. I had the Basil Beef and it was by far one of the best Chinese dishes I have ever had. My husband had the Asian Rib Rack - I think they could have easily fed a table of four and tasted delicious. The two other people we dined with also loved their meals. It was one of those experiences where you look around the restaurant at everyone else's dishes and want to try them all! Gluten-free options were clearly marked, allowing me to avoid awkward conversations with the waiter in front of friends (if you are Celiac you know exactly what I mean). The ambiance is fabulous. The space is covered in re-claimed wood and exposed brick. It's fun, but you never get the feeling they are trying to be hip. We went around 7pm on a Saturday - it was full, but we lucked out and did not need to wait. LOVE this place and can't wait to return!
