Was hoping to have a burger today. Burgers are not gluten free. But they have gluten free buns (hot dog and burger).

Cashier did not know the gluten free options. The cook said they did not have a dedicated fryer today.

Ordered a cheddar smokie with gluten free bun. The bun was dried out, almost frozen burnt. The smokie tasted OK, nothing special. For 15$, rip off. Was still hungry after.

pleasantly surprised that 75 to 80% of the menu was Celiac friendly. They have a dedicated fryer, as they only do fries in it and the owner was super aware of cross-contamination and procedures to avoid making someone sick. Vegan gf gravy and gf buns!Will definetly return!

Fat Franks in West Edmonton Mall has excellent service. Manager came out and explained gluten free bun and gluten free smokies and hot dogs. French fries fryer only used for fries. Front end staff helpful and toast buns on separate part of grill. Very friendly.
