Very knowledgeable staff and felt safe eating there! 3 types of sides (home style chips, fries and tater tots) are gf and fried separately. Order taken by a manager and prepared separately. Of course I was told that they couldn't guarantee no cross contamination, but there were strict measures in place to reduce that. All beef burgers could be adapted to be gf, chicken burgers were buttermilk deep fried, so the batter contained gluten. Not sure about whether vegetarian/vegan options were gf. Good portions and very tasty, would definitely go back!
