Fat Maddie’s Blackhawk

This place does not have a gluten-free menu; however, they have gluten-free bread/bun choices. I had the Cali Burger and it was so flavorful! The Udi’s bun was really good (to me, they aren’t usually).

The staff was very courteous and helpful and understood cross-contamination.

I had salad for my side and the balsamic dressing was really good too. They do not have a dedicated fryer but the burger made up for it.
