Staff was knowledgeable. Made my own omelette and had hash browns. No side effects. Food was great and staff was super friendly.

American fries are gluten free! technically omelets are too!! but no markings on menu, so you have to trust waiter... BEWARE! but delicious when you don’t get sick!
WRT an earlier review noting no salads - the name says it all! Admittedly, you're better off here for breakfast than lunch. Went here for breakfast and had a great omelette, with red skin American chunky potatoes - I skipped the toast but I always travel with rice cakes to have instead. Not a place where they can substitute GF toast. While the menu is not specifically marked for GF, the omelettes are a good bet - since they are done individually in a pan rather than on a common grill. I am very sensitive and was fine. Not a fancy place but a lively atmosphere, not too noisy. There are several other restaurants in the Twin Cities and we have also eaten at the Brooklyn Park branch.

Decent enough options if you are GF, I would ask about how the kitchen is set up if you have celiacs.
Very Poplar local breakfast & lunch place. No GF menu. I'm going with an omelette and coffee and hopefully no cross contamination. Staff says the home made salsa are GF. No salads, so choices are eggs, omelettes, or no-bun burgers or chicken sandwich.
