Been eating here for several years and was recently notified that their cheese is NOT gluten free. Very thankful I was notified, however concerned I was never before. My waiter was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Got the steak fajitas

No GF menu; however, server was able to check the dish I ordered with the kitchen & marked the dish “gluten allergy” when ordered was placed with the kitchen. Chips were not from a dedicated fryer.
