Fat Zach's Pizza

I was super worried to eat here because there is glutenous flour everywhere. But they did super thoroughly clean the kitchen, oven, use fresh ingredients, and prep in another area. I believe the GF dough is premade or frozen which helps. I talked to them extensively about being celiac and made sure I talked to someone who knew their stuff. I'm a sensitive celiac and did not get sick or react. I had a Hawaiian pizza. I would say there is definitely some risk eating here but they take a lot of steps to try to make it safe if you talk to them.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

After reading the positive reviews, I was extremely excited to try both their gluten-free cheese pizza and gluten-free cheesy garlic bread. Unfortunately, within 20 minutes I could feel the error of my ways, and felt knives trying to pierce their way out of my digestive tract. Definitely cross-contaminated and exploded in a public toilet shortly after. What a waste of $35 that I could have spent on groceries which would have been the smarter decision as now I have nothing to eat, and will be dealing with the repercussions for days to weeks on out. Shame on me for trying to actually get something to eat.

Great customer service! I ordered online and I am GF and DF. They called instantly to confirm it was an allergy and told me they would clean everything before making it. Great place super happy with it!!

This place was such a great surprise! Small pizza joint but they made sure to take care of us. We asked if they took any precautions with their gluten free pizzas and they OFFERED to clean pretty much the entire cooking area before they made ours. They took it very seriously and didn't make us feel uncomfortable for asking. While we were ordering, a separate employee came up to talk about the gluten free order and the cashier was very communicative about taking precautions. Then we we had our name called the employee ensured us this was the gluten free pizza without prompting. 10/10 would recommend. As always there is a risk with any pizza joint but we felt more comfortable here than any pizza place we've gone to before.
