I came here for the Food & Wine Experience. They didn't even advertise GF food, but I asked if the food could be GF and they said absolutely. It was THE BEST GF food I've ever had in the 7 years since my diagnosis. They were extremely knowledgeable, have a fully separate line for GF, and confirmed as they brought each plate that it was the Celiac version. They even had me down in their reservation book as "Senza glutine".
They brought us four courses: 1) bread with olive oil, salami, and pancetta; 2) alfredo pasta; 3) steak and potatoes; 4) cheesecake. If you're considering doing it, it is worth every penny!!
