We've eaten here many times in the past today had experience that will make me never return. When we walked in we saw a new stickers on one of their cabinets that said "gluten is awesome". My young son with Celiac Disease thought is was mean, and I thought it was inappropriate for a place that offers gluten free food. So I politely said to the girl at the counter "just a heads up for young kids with celiac disease that's not a very funny joke, since it is a disease and something serious for them". She honestly just laughed and said "no one has ever said that". My son was standing right there and I said it's not really funny. Then another woman behind the counter said rudely "well if he has celiac he shouldn't eat here anyway". I said "really? No one has ever said that to us in all our other visits, but then again I never made a comment about the sticker". And we left. My son was in tears in the car because they told him not to eat there and he didn't understand why they were making fun of him. I told him they weren't, etc. Such a bad experience!

NOT GLUTEN FREE!! Sorry for yelling but I hate it when I use this app to find places to eat only to discover yet another business trying to capitalize on the gluten free "fad" without ensuring their food is really gluten free. There is a bumper sticker on one of the dish carts that says, "Gluten is Awesome". Wait, what?! The gf muffins and bars are kept in the same case with non-gf items, below them on open shelves so that the crumbs from regular pies and scones, etc fall directly onto the gf items. The staff will tell you that if you are celiac or very sensitive that you should not eat there. A Yelp reviewer pointed these issues out 3 years ago so I don't believe this problem is being addressed at all. They care enough to post a disclaimer but not enough to take even the simplest of precautions or have a celiac friendly attitude.
