Almost all sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread here. Staff seem relatively knowledgeable about celiac disease. They did originally give me a non-gluten free sandwich but this was due to a cashier error rather than a broader problem of celiac awareness. The store also sells meats, cheeses, and soups that are clearly marked as gluten free.
