The kitchen has a separate prep area for GF orders. Notify your server of your allergy. They are very accommodating and willing to adapt dishes that aren't marked where possible. Chef and other cooks have allergies themselves so are aware of cross contamination risks. No buns/pizza crusts at this time though, wish they would carry some.
