Our server told us that the owner is celiac, so they know all about avoiding cross-contamination. Dedicated fryers, prep area, even different-colored baskets and differently-shaped plates to alert staff of gluten free dishes. At last visit, they said everything except the pretzel can be made gluten free. Gluten free fish and chips, fried artichokes, banh mi sandwiches, barbecue sauce, and on and on. Don't pass this place up!
