Fantastic food. Different shaped dining plates for gluten versus gluten free. If you get a “basket”, the different colored basket for gluten versus gluten free. They have a dedicated fryer. The owner has celiac disease. He came out and spoke with us a couple of times during dinner. Fantastic experience.
