Review of Federal Bar and Grill

The staff is very knowledgeable and the owners have celiac disease, so they take many precautions, such as having separate fryers. As the person serving us put it: "We can make everything gluten free except the pretzel!" I had a burger, fries, and gluten free beer, and it was so good! Gluten free food also comes out on a special plate for extra precaution. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Denver!
