I have eaten at both Guapo and Shaka, both have lots of gluten free options, though the menus aren’t marked GF. Sultry does mark their menu with GF options and give you the option to specify if there’s an allergy when you order. I can’t speak to cross contamination risk because I’m not celiac, just gluten sensitive. The owners of the restaurants are always very responsive if you message them on Instagram.

Guapo has corn tortillas that you can always sub for flour and a brunch bowl with a sweet potato base, I’ve had both and they’re great! I order from here most frequently because his food is just so good.

Shaka has a ton of rice bowls that are incredible, you also have the option to do protein over greens instead of salad. Some of their toppings are fried so you may need to watch that if you’re celiac (I’m not).
