I have eaten here twice before, BBQ chicken pizza is great. It isn't a dedicated oven, but staff stick to the following process. Wash hands. Was dedicated gluten-free pizza tray. Get the gluten free base. The cheese and ingredients are added by hand, as they are for all pizzas, so there's a risk of contamination here (they pick up cheese from the cheese pot and put it on the pizza base, the same cheese is used fror regular and for GF pizza bases). They place the pizza in the top of the oven. The pizza oven is not dedicated gluten free but gluten free pizzas are always placed at the top of the oven, and the top of the trays when they're done, before put into a box with a label stating Gruten Free.
Fries are cooked in a fries-only fryer. GF garlic bread is also availae. I haven't tried either of these.
Staff are very knowledgeable.
