Good homestyle menu choices, many of which can be adapted to gluten-free. Be sure to ask a manager to describe what can be made gluten-free, but ask appropriate questions, such as “”Is soy sauce one of the ingredients?” We ate twice and discussed with two different managers and one was more knowledgeable than the other. I had no reaction from eating the grilled pork chops or the Wrong Way Chicken, both with green beans and baked potato with butter. Located about 20 minutes south of Amarillo and well worth the drive. We will definitely eat there again when we are in the area.
