I asked if they had any gluten free pasta and they said gnocchi. I got the gnocchi and ended up having a reaction — throwing up and all the usual stuff. I think they probably roll out the gnocchi dough on the same surface as the other pasta dough, so that I accidentally ingested some wheat flour. Why would they label something as gluten free if they’ll blatantly cross contaminate it??
