The way their process was explained to me is they clean their frier then each AM they make the chips first so to keep them GF. I trust no one and brought my own chips. They were completely ok with it. Salsa & guac were so good.

We have ate here twice. Once as take out and one sitting down. Great service. Son loved the steak tacos and had no reaction.

The multiple staff members that I talked to knew nothing of a gluten free sheet or menu. They do NOT have a dedicated fryer so it is not Celiac friendly for anything fried, including chips. We ordered the tacos with corn tortillas. Good flavor but disappointing without chips for salsa.

Great food and service! Hostess brought out a menu which was marked with GF and vegan options. The enchiladas were delicious, just enough spice. I’d eat here again!
