The gluten free pizza and chopped salad are amazing!! Hands down the best gluten free pizza I have had since going gluten free 6 months ago. I ordered the red pizza with vegetables and the margarita. Can’t wait to return!!
When I called to check about gluten free options staff seemed knowledgeable as they went through the list of gluten free options available. My waitress was not knowledgeable about gluten free needs. But I blindly trusted that the kitchen staff would prepare the items as available on the menus. Sadly, I was mistaken. I ordered a pasta dish and I will very yummy. Unfortunately, that is because I was consuming gluten. I thought it was to yummy to be GF but some pasta available today is really good. Staff looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned I was having a reaction to something I ate. I would not recommend this location. Although I do not have celiac, I have a really bad allergy I am not experiencing a major reaction.
For taste of food I would highly recommend but ONLY only only if you watch them like a hawk and make double sure what you got was gf. The server who I think was possibly a part owner or family of owner didn't seem very knowledgeable even though they server gf pasta and crust etc. I had several sensitivities that I mentioned and emphasized that I was allergic to gluten. In the midst of me mentioning other sensitivities she totally forgot about the gluten part and brought out regular pasta. I stupidly trusted it and by the second to last bite, I started wondering why the texture was so good lol... And I freaked out a little inside and then asked and she looked all of a sudden mortified and said it wasnt gf!!! I started noticing symptoms 15-20 later. The worst part was that even though she said sorry and she felt bad, she started to almost make it out to be not a big deal... She wasn't mean but just ignorant about what a big deal the mistake was. No effort was made to make things better either. No free meal nothing. No visit from owner etc. The food is incredible but the service and expertise is lacking. If a restaurant carries such extensive GF products it should be a given that they are trained in how to be careful etc.
I wasn't very impressed by the gluten free pizzas. prices were high and the toppings were not good, you could tell the crust wasn't fresh. The gf pasta is pretty good but it is also pretty expensive. Not my favorite place and probably won't be going back

There must've been gluten in the salad dressing because now I have intense pain and issues from my Celiac. I did ask if there was gluten in it. I guess there was even though waitress said she would ask.
Always good food, the staff is well trained
