They told me they did not have a dedicated fryer for wings or fries. They have a few salads that can be done without croutons and ranch (their house dressing has gluten). The waitress was very very nice and checked on everything for me which made me feel very comfortable with eating a there. Got a salad, but it was basically just iceberg lettuce and a ton of cheese. Did not get sick.
