Delicious pizza and amazing staff! Owner has Celiac so I felt very comfortable dining here. He told me all the sauces (even the alfredo!), meats, toppings, etc are gluten free. Only gluten containing items in the restaurant are the regular house crust, croutons for salads, and bread for sandwiches. They also have a few gluten free desserts and dairy free cheese and two types of GF crust.
