The server was SO helpful and knowledgeable! I did the chef tasting and every dish was carefully modified so I could enjoy the tasting while also staying safe. Amazing experience!
Waiter Manu was very knowledgeable about gluten allergy. I had the spring mix salad and the tagliatelle funghi with GF penned instead. Amazingly delicious. Service was outstanding!!
I can't say with 100% certainty that it was a GF experience. I was on vacation and eating at many places but I expect it would be a good GF experience.
SO good. Had a salad with tomato, mozzarella and avocado. Had the paleo gluten free pasta with spicy sauce. No issues and honestly probably the best gluten free pasta I’ve had since being gluten free!

I ordered the salmon, it was delicious. The chef sent out their paleo noodles with a simple tomato sauce on them. Everyone loved them, no aftertaste and good texture. I’d order them if I ever go back. No appetizer options (the caprese salad had a fried crisp on it) or gf bread. Just sorbet for dessert. Take the extra steps to ask questions but overall good experience
I went here for dinner. The server was not confident with what was gluten free, confirmed with the chef. The red flag should have been that the chef wasn’t sure if corn starch was gluten free. I ate there anyways but got back to my hotel and tested my dinner with the Nina sensor (I forgot to bring it to dinner unfortunately) and my food tested positive for gluten
This place is so lovely. It’s Paleo and gluten friendly. They have house made gluten free and Paleo pasta and bread. All are delicious. Up charges for both, tho. They let me visit the kitchen and I assure everyone, the gluten free area is separate.
Very knowledgeable on GF. GF Bread was great and so was the GF Keto pasta. Definitely a great meal but very pricey.
Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Delicious gluten free pasta and bolognese sauce! Have gluten free bread and gelato! A little pricey but worth it!
Why is this restaurant even on this site? I asked for a gluten free menu and was told they did not have one, being "old school Italian ". Having been in Italy 2 weeks ago, I'm not quite sure what that means. Plenty of options in Italy. None at Ferraros.
They then told me they could make gluten free pasta. Considering the obvious annoyance by my question, I had no faith it would not be cooked in the same pot. My friend went to the manager, armed with this app's review, and they said they could give me bread too. Nothing about the meat, fish.... sigh

The food was amazing! The pasta divine, the waiter attentive and the atmosphere very nice. I will definitely be going back next time I am in town.
The owner has gf allergies. Some of the best gf pasta and bread I have had. Made in house really special place.
Fantastic! GF bread was best I've had. Huge wine list. Great wait staff. Intimate atmosphere off the strip.
