Delicious food! Waffles are so good. My boyfriend didn’t feel like he was eating gluten free. Everything is well marked with the GF sign. I truly recommend

Tasty food however, they have paper straws which are bound with gluten. Not 100% dedicated GF with those straws. Also their key lime pie smoothie had spinach in it which tasted only like spinach.

Good portions, good prices. Many options: dairy free and vegetarian, vegan items. Fun atmosphere. Ordered at counter and picked seating. Group got sirloin burger, bolognese zuchinni pasta, daily soup: beef and veggie (gluten free but not indicated on chalkboard --labels not always clear for in person and online menu), eggs and chipotle hash. All well made and tasty.

Awesome, whole food and good service! We tried the eggs and bacon bowl and the zucchini spaghetti as well as a couple of smoothies. We were both happy! Definitely will return.

My husband & I went to Festal for lunch last week and had an incredible meal! I had the pesto chicken sandwich & he had the spicy chicken sandwich. 10/10 for taste and value. I also ordered a coconut milk latte, which was unfortunately not very good and waaaay too hot. Like dangerously hot. I wouldn’t get it again, but We can’t wait to go back again for another meal. I love that I can eat everything on the menu!

Fantastic. The place was just opening when we showed up so it took a bit longer for our food to be ready but it was worth the wait. I can finally have Benedict eggs when we have breakfast in a restaurant. Everything is gluten free, dairy free, Paleo, many keto options.

Once place. I felt like I was in heaven with the amount of choices! Had good eggs benny and coffee. Will definitely go back. Docked a star only because it was slow, and we were the only people in there.

The absolute best meal we have had exploring Vancouver BC! Everything looked amazing so we split the OMG Spicy Chicken Waffle Sandwich and Zoodle Alfredo only because we couldn’t choose just one thing! They also have paleo desserts and baked goods. Worth the trip!

Watch the hours, I was there an hour before closing and the kitchen was already closed. Came a second time and had lasagna which was very filling.

Oh my gluten free goodness! Everything is gluten free.. so much to choose from! I had an amazing chicken and pesto club sandwich. Best vanilla bulletproof coffee I’ve ever had. Lots of desserts to choose from. Enjoy!

According to them they are all gluten free. They did not respond to my email asking them questions about being GF. Good is pretty good but the portions are small and expensive. For example, their “burger” didn’t come with a bun and they wanted me to pay extra for one. Salads are over $10 and then another $7.50 to add protein. Their cashew cheese sauce is yummy and their collagen balls are good. I’ll go back.

Everything is gluten free as they use cassava flour. I had the bolognese pasta with zucchini pasta. It was very tasty and it came with a piece of the cassava bread.

Everything is gluten free (it’s all paleo) and it’s really good! I went when it was busy and our food came out a little cold, but it the flavors and the options were so good we didn’t even mind! I’m definitely going back!
