Fantastic cafe that is dedicated gluten free! It was amazing to be able to order anything without fear or having to ask a thousand questions. Delightful meatball wrap and crispy, delicious sweet potato fries. I capped my meal with a fresh, sweet smoothie. I feel great and am so grateful for this Gf cafe!

Went for the first time yesterday after wanting to try for so long! I had the meatball pizza and it was awesome! It was so nice not to have to worry about finding something I could have since I have a lactose intolerance in addition to being gluten free- I want to try the whole menu!

To say finding this place was meant to be would be an understatement!! The owners are amazing and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to health and good food. They were so sweet and the food was amazing.....came all the way from Texas, and nothing back home even compares! I will be coming back here no doubt!!

Everything on the menu is celiac safe!! A gluten free heaven!!!! I got a Buffalo chicken wrap and a donut and it was delicious!! Amazing staff and the owners are such lovely people. Restaurant is so cute and trendy inside too! The majority of the restaurant is also dairy free and can be vegan as well. Going back ASAP to try the GF/DF Mac and cheese and the gf bagels!!

Ahhhh!! Passing through NJ and found this place! First time I have had mozz sticks + Mac and cheese since being diagnosed with celiac (also have dairy and tree nut allergies).

Wide variety of offerings for vegans and my kid got the nuggets! Everything was great and as a person avoiding all gluten, I was able to eat here without worrying about cross contamination or anything! Loved it!

The best placed around for celiac’s. Food is delicious and the people are wonderful. We are lucky to have this in this area where there is not as much as you think if you want to keep safe.

Beef chili is FANTASTIC. So good, I can't wait to go back and try more. The bone broth rivals some of the best and will be a new staple.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

It’s totally gf and dairy free so no cross contamination. They have a lot of options including baked goods and cool drinks. The owner is super sweet and very knowledgeable about all things health. They even have CBD products and other supplements. Will definitely be back.

What a find! We got the chickpea tikka masala and grilled veggie wrap with eggplant. Delicious! Healthy. I also got a banana muffin with chocolate chips which was sooo good. Loved every bite and didn’t have to worry about cross-contamination because there’s no gluten to be found in the whole place.

A wonderful stop on our road trip from Philly! We each tried a different wrap/burrito, and they were all excellent! They have a couple of dessert options too, but look next door if you want a fully gluten free bakery! I wish I lived in NJ just so I could go here all the time!

We ordered Buffalo chicken pizza which was not all that great. Same as the rest of the order: chicken parm penne, Mac and cheese vegan. The below average was the Veggie Mei Fun - it was soupy and the noodles were broken into tiny pieces. We also added bean burrito with beef in the order which was not below average but the rice was definitely more than the beef and it was overpowering the entire taste.

The muffins though were good and airy.

Incredible. I had the Buffalo chicken pizza yesterday and i think I might go back for more today! And I live an hour away!! Everything is gf and df, the owner could not be sweeter. You would never know it’s df too by taste!!

SO. GOOD!! We got the Buffalo chicken pizza (crust was so crispy and yummy!), chicken fingers and southwest sauce (light flour coating, sauce is a game changer), vegan mac and cheese (coconuty and cheesy and awesome), Singapore noodles with chicken (delicious curry flavor) and a beef burrito (I should've added the sriracha). I have celiac and my boyfriend is lactose intolerant and we will DEFINITELY be back often! I'll be dreaming of that pizza for weeks

I love to come here for lunch or to bring something home for dinner. Gluten-free is clearly labeled. Instead of feeling like I am sacrificing by getting gluten-free while my friends are able to eat anything they want, I find myself always coming back for more because it's that good. This is a great place.

This place is awesome! Almost entirely gf facility, and a great way to get simple, healthy meals. I've yet to be disappointed by anything I've bought here, and I've bought a lot! Bringing lunches to work used to be a huge pain, but now I just stop by F&F at the beginning of the week and stock up. Their sauces have this delicious consistency, and even when they make something I wouldn't usually eat, I've loved it.

There isn't really a dining area at the restaurant, but if you're ever in need of a simple, healthy GF meal, this place is fantastic.

This place is a hidden gem. Not only are there gluten free products, but Paleo and Vegan as well. The menu changes daily and products are made with care on the premise in small batches. The owner knows the healing power of food so I never fear cross contamination and know that the products are 100% safe for me. My favorite is the chai tea latte made with almond milk. :) Bone broth is sold in cups all the way to gallon size...and this is the real deal. Not broth from a can, but made by hand with healing foods. Can't say enough good things!
