Smart restaurant offering high quality tasting menus. We had the festival tasting menu and they changed or adapted each dish to ensure gluten-free. Every time anything was brought to the table we were told it was gluten-free. Didn’t talk with the kitchen but the following morning I still feel great so there was definitely no cc with our meal.
