My breakfast was amazing. There menu is not marked with Gluten free options, but if you ask the cashier will tell you how you can pretty much order anything but with the gluten free bread instead. I am very severe Celiac and I felt great all day after eating here. Also the food was delicious.

they were out of pretty much everything gf when i was there and the staff didn’t understand much about cross contamination at all
I have ate here several times. I’m not celiac, but I have 2 stomach conditions that require me to stay gluten free. I always get the pancakes, and they have been good in the past. This time they were tasteless. I mean the batter had no taste, nothing. It wasn’t sweet, salty, just nothing. Thank God I added blueberries or they wouldn’t have been edible. I tried to tell our food runner, but no one seemed interested. I guess we won’t be visiting again. I gave 2 stars because my husband liked his meal.
Original review: September 2015: I liked it so much for breakfast yesterday that I came back again today. I got scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, and GF toast. The toast is EXCELLENT. Got the flourless strawberry banana muffin yesterday and didn't care for it (crumbly texture). This place worked great for me but I would say Celiacs beware because the bread and muffins ARE baked in a shared kitchen with regular flour, so high potential for cross contamination.
Update because I went back on 12/3/17: scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon were still good but the GF bread they're now using for toast was different (and not as good). And the first batch of toast I got was barely toasted so I sent it back. Nicely toasted second batch came out. They said they toast it on the grill rather than in the toaster with all the gluten bread (which is good I guess, but who knows what else is on that grill?) I am not Celiac but still pretty sensitive and I did not have any issues.

I have reacted to food on multiple occasions. I would definitely not recommend for anyone who needs to eat gluten free. Not celiac safe. No matter how carefully I ask questions about how the food is handled and prepared there is a lot of cross contamination.
No
I have given this five stars because it is a great place IF you don't have Celiac. They told me that their GF pancakes are cooked on the same griddle and there is uber cross-contamination. The atmosphere and coffee are amazing!

I ate a yummy meal here without any problems. The GF bread was great.
My son went here his first morning after moving in dorm with roommates because they claim to have a gluten free menu. He could not eat at all. Everything is cooked on the same pans, grill, etc.

I'm a local and this is my go-to restaurant. If you go on weekends for brunch expect to wait in line a while, and as the single bad review said, they do sometimes run out of things. However, they have amazing gluten free bread, cheese grits, salads, pancakes, etc. definitely my favorite restaurant in Nashville.
The GF sourdough French toast was on point! Do yourself a favor and try it!
Grilled chicken and fruit for kids! Loved the chocolate chip cookies! Yippee
Horrible experience! Waited 30 minutes in line to order my food only to find out they were out of GF pancakes and had no GF muffins either. Ended up with greasy sausage and a poor excuse for hash browns along with my eggs. Don't bother coming here. Better options around town.

Yummy breakfast! Delicious hashbrowns. Fun doggie theme and knowledgable staff. I'll be back!
