I was very nervous to eat here because it is not dedicated gluten free. However, our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and assured me that they take cross contamination VERY seriously. All salads are prepped in a completely separate are, and they offer gluten free breads, also separate. They clean out everything very well in between; however, the server said that the fryer is not gluten free, as it is shared with bread products—so no fries, sadly. I ordered a shrimp polenta bowl and it was extremely tasty, and I had zero cross contamination symptoms at all! I highly recommend this place!

No gluten free menu, but can accomodate most of their menu items to be gluten free. They have gluten free bread and buns. Very knowledgable about celiac. My celiac sister and I had no issues later on. I got the gritz bowl and she got the most delicious juicy gluten free burger of her life.
This place is on my list every time I visit Sheboygan. I don't understand how such a great place can exist in little Sheboygan (no offense) but it does and it throws down excellent local produce and free range meats in every dish. I've been here at least 10 times, never been sick, and definitely never had a bad meal. The owners own a group of restaurants in Sheboygan and they all perform amazingly on the gf/celiac scale! Don't miss trying this place out.
