I was assured at the counter before I even took a table that their food was gluten free and there are no cross contamination issues. My Nima detected gluten and when I told the waitress she said there is no gluten, walked away, but came back with the chef. He was bordering on irate, said he doesn’t care what my gluten tester says, his food does not have any gluten. Then he said he is busy, if I have a problem I should just leave, and walked away from me. I told his back he was very rude, but since my wife had started her food I insisted she eat her meal. They did not adjust the check or attempt to identify or rectify the problem.
