The servers didn’t understand what I meant by gluten free so they asked another person and the man told me that he was positive that the chips were gluten free along with tacos and a variety of other things on the menu because they were “corn tortillas”. I got a combo meal with a flauta and taco but it was clear that those and the chips were more fluffy than normal corn chips. I asked the host after the meal with the tacos were corn or flour and she said both. That made sense. Their corn tortilla products also have flour. I would not recommend this place if you are gluten free or especially if you are celiac.
I got the Super Enchiladas because they had corn tortillas and the server was very helpful in adjusting the sauce to a different one since the original would have gluten in it. It was very good food, quick service.
Messaged the owner on Yelp to see if they had gluten free options & what they could be. He said they had lots of options but some examples were fajitas, carne asada plate & salad. I love fajitas so I got those with corn tortillas. The waiter instantly knew what I needed when i said gluten free & it’s been 5 hours with no reaction. Definitely a nice option if you’re looking for some good Mexican.
Good tasting food. Staff mostly nit very knowledgeable. Chef came out and explained that everything with corn tortillas and without Salsa (!) would be gf. We were surprised that their Salsa actually contained gluten, but he reconfirmed. Food was good, but the hubby had a reaction the next day. We‘re not sure whether it really came from eating here or not.
