The manager spoke to kitchen staff who went over the ingredients and prep process of the rice. They said there is a chance of cross contamination but the rice was gluten free. The staff was very nice, not super knowledgeable but attempted to get the best answers possible. The chips are safe, GF and was told they are made in a designated fryer also. I haven't had any issues so far and I had the ACP.

No GF menu but all chips are corn and just about anything on the menu can be made with corn tortillas. A dozen visits and no ciliac issues, good place for GF Mexican food.
