From conversations with them, they appear to understand cross contamination. The guy who handed me my order said that the tortillas would have been warmed on a surface that touched flour so I asked if he could warm them on tin foil and he did.

Food is delicious. Have eaten here twice. First time I got the fajitas and second the 5 street taco plate. Large amount of food for the price and super yummy!
