I have been a patron of this great family owned business prior to my diagnosis of celiac. Unfortunately, the wait staff is unmasked. They are very accommodating about gluten questions IF you are proactive. For example, my favorite meal, Pollo Jarocho, is gluten free, and the owner recommends that you bring your own corn chips for their gluten-free salsa, because their home made chips do not have a dedicated fryer.
