Chef Wally is incredible! We came here for a graduation dinner. I called ahead and connected with Chef Wally. He brought in a separate fryer and marked everything that could be made gluten free. When we came in (we had reservations for a large group), the staff and Chef Wally were ready for us. We had 4 folks in our group with Celiac. We had the most incredible meal with no worries and out of this world customer service. Call ahead and trust me, you will have a true Cajun delicious meal waiting for you.
