This place doesn't have safe gluten free food. Every time I've been there and told them I have celiac, they've told me I can't eat anything at the Market. Last time, the guy at the Market told me to go next door to the filling station because the grill is safe. Yay! I went to order from the grill and saw them putting buns on the grill. So much for that. I asked if they could use a piece of foil on the grill under my burger and they refused. I don't get it. Why not? As usual, I just ate fries. I mean, it's great that their fries are gluten free, but now I'm wondering if they actually are. I really wish this business would take gluten free seriously, particularly as they have a ton of foods that they label "gluten free." It's infuriating.

UPDATE: I went here recently for HOT TEA because I needed to meet a friend, and that’s the only safe thing I could order. I was horrified to watch the person behind the counter pick up a pair of tongs seemingly smothered in red sauce and breadcrumbs (they had obviously been using them to serve premade foods from the case), dip them into the jar of teabags, and pull a teabag out for my cup. When I pointed out that I am horrifically reactive to gluten and would assume that tea would be free of food contaminants, they were apologetic and grabbed a new set of tongs to *dip into the same jar of teabags*, assuring me that they would grab a teabag “from the other side.” I was like: What? And what about the next guy?

Obviously, I didn’t take the tea. I just…hot tea, y’all? Hot tea is no longer safe? It’s the last thing we had. Hot tea and wine. F these people. Don’t go here ever.
