Review of Final Cut Steakhouse

Told the waitress I had a gluten allergy and also do not use seasoning she assured me a steak would be not seasoned and not cross contamination. My steak was beautiful however after a few bites I realized they had put a sauce underneath the steak that supposedly was gluten-free however I had a celiac flare for 3 days.
