I walked in, having very little experience or knowledge on Korean food. I just moved to KTown from Pickering, where I could not name a Korean restaurant. I spent a while reading the menu. The waitress was very patient, I tried to explain that I can’t eat gluten. There was a bit of a language barrier, but she put me at ease completely and really made an effort.
I ordered a vegetarian bibimbap. So good! I never even had one before, but I really enjoyed it. I did some googling and with this dish, I would not trust the meat version due to the sauces. A fried egg, vegetables, tofu, and purple rice! Why not?
