I had high hopes. The waitress and chef ensured a clean working space and gluten free ingredients…. But since this was a first time trying and I’m a very sensitive celiac, I brought my Nima. I ordered the “vegan bowl” with shrimp added and came back quick with “Gluten Found”. Unfortunately, I did eat some yam fries for an appetizer, which I didn’t test… so waiting for the side effects. I think they meant well, but something definitely went wrong in the kitchen.
